These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BLEECH platform ("Service") operated by BLEECH (ABN 68 280 756 725), a sole trader registered in Queensland, Australia ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using the Service at app.bleech.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BLEECH is an AI-powered digital audit and strategy platform. The Service scans publicly accessible websites and provides automated diagnostic reports, issue identification, strategic recommendations, and AI-generated content. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused features. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price change takes effect.
You agree not to: use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorisation to audit for malicious purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the scanning engine; use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; resell access to the Service without an Agency plan; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; use automated tools to access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or violate any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
The Service, including its scanning engine, algorithms, user interface, brand assets, and documentation, is owned by BLEECH. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service. Reports and outputs generated by the Service for your account are licensed to you for your internal business use. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service (such as brand intake information).
The Service uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI models) to generate recommendations, fix implementations, meta tags, structured data, content calendars, and other outputs. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and implementing any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or legal compliance of any AI-generated output. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your use of AI-generated content.
In accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 1.7 (effective 10 December 2026), we disclose the following: The Service uses automated decision-making technology to generate website audit scores, identify issues, categorise issue severity, generate strategic recommendations, and produce AI-generated content. These automated outputs are informational tools to assist your decision-making. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for qualified professional consultation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that audit results are complete, accurate, or current. Website scanning depends on the public accessibility and structure of the target website at the time of the scan. Results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian law, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLEECH and its owner from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
